Restaurant Details

  • The chef has an affection for peasant meats, odd bits of cow and pig that are yummy, even if the presentation is precious. Slurp-tender beef cheeks from lazy Kobe-style cows might seem too yielding to stack, and yet there they sit, in a Jenga master's pile surrounded by acres of white porcelain. A ham-hock salad of potatoes and green beans is a tasty, almost bistro-style treat. CLOSED
  • Features: Bar/Happy Hour, Good for Groups and If Your Parents Are Paying
  • Cuisine: Haute Cuisine
  • Serving Hours: Tue–Sun 5 pm–10 pm.
  • Price Range: $$$

But have you tried the brunch?

I went there for their new brunch menu. The bare, trendy decor looks even weirder in the daytime, but the food was great! You get free coffeecake, too. Skip the mimosas - mine was supposed to have lavendar-scented honey in it but was pretty much just a glass of champagne.

Get your drink on

Great bar, friendly staff and the drinks are incredible. i love the veil or the striker (although don't overlook the wine list) and the bar nibbles are super. you cannot leave the restaurant without having the peanut butter ice cream.

Kindness in the Hard Crowd

The design equivalent to having continuous flashbulbs blown off in your face. This version of the Corova Milk Bar has food and beverage. Designer cocktails are intelligent and delicious. Food is uneven. Loud. Salted peanut ice cream. Get it.
