Seattle Officials Will Announce Jungle "Action Plan" Today: The city, as well as the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), will outline the plan at 10 a.m. The Jungle, a stretch of homeless encampments under I-5, drew media attention after a shooting that killed two people earlier this year.
