This Sounds Awful... and Familiar: The suspect being held in custody for the fatal shootings of three people and wounding another in Mukilteo told detectives he saw the AR-15 he allegedly used as "a symbol of power." One of the people he allegedly shot and killed was his ex-girlfriend, Anna Bui. The same suspect also told detectives in an affidavit that he "became jealous after he said he saw photos of Bui on Snapchat with other young men — evidence 'she was getting on with her life without him,' the document says. How the Owners of a Capitol Hill Mansion Pay $0 in Property Taxes: "To encourage owners of officially designated historic properties to fix up their relics, the state lets them deduct what they spent on the rehab from the values used to determine property tax bills for 10 years," the Seattle Times reports. "About 60 properties in King County use the program." The mansion is now listed for sale at $15 million.
