Paul Ryan says he'll have a bill to eliminate Obamacare ready on Inauguration Day. And he's a phase out of Medicare in the bargain. Trump has already indicated he'll sign it, consigning one of his few explicit campaign promises to the ash heap of history. Just the ticket for all that economic anxiety we've been hearing about, forsooth.

Certainly I don't know what will happen, or how long it would take to get this bill through the Senate. But it could happen extremely fast. The only brake on it is the Dem's filibuster in the Senate and anybody who thinks Mitch McConnell will let that slow him down hasn't been paying attention to politics the last few years.

It seems to be an Article of Faith of The Left that womyn are incapable of obtaining birth control unless the government pays for it.
Such pervasive dependence and helplessness is a grim indicator of the declining state of our society.
We are, frankly, disappointed that Nasty Woman does not manage her affairs more responsibly...

#2: Aren't you supposed to be out marching with your fellow blackshirts and fasces for il Douche Trump? We know underemployed losers like you have nothing better to do with you spare time that raining dumb comments down on people, but maybe you should be out there street-fighting, you know getting ready to be stabbed to death for the Fatherland, or something.

Yeah, wait until the Olds hear DrumphCo plans to throw them to the curb health care-wise. Imagine the rage-induced coronaries, CVA's, and blood-pressure and Insulin spiking that will result.

It'll be enough to wipe out a significant portion of the GOP base in one fell-swoop...

@5: Those health issues you've enumerated are not exclusive to any demographic or political persuasion.

I have no like of President Elect Trump to start, and never comment. but He did win the American vote and is yours and mine president, it is a Title that demands respect, no matter what is felt, starting a writing piece with name calling is just bad writing and helps show the fall of journalism. as well President Elect Trump is not in office yet and we have no idea what will happen. On to my point the Obamacare plan has been doomed from the start. Many insurers hate the law, I work damn hard and should not be fined for never seeing a doctor or pay 5000 a year to never use it. Plus just like welfair it a drain people that get to sit and wine and never do anything or help or give anything just take and take, from those of us that do. We hard working payer don't get anything except money that we worked for taken and giving to those that choose to do nothing because we let them. sex is a normally a choice, people have had ways of not getting pregnant before this stupid law and will after.

Good news for people who've already had a baby: the iud will likely be no more uncomfortable than a pap smear. I got mine about 7 months after giving birth and it was a piece of cake, no Valium or designated driver required!

Please wait...
