Ironically, this reminds me of how the news in the USSR under Chernenko and Andropov would always report on how some local factory had increased production by some superfluous amount no matter how bad the economy was doing. People stopped listening when their lived experience didn't match the impressions ITAR-TASS pumped out.

Sadly, I think Americans lack the common sense of the Soviets. Americans always ignore their lived experience in favor of whatever clickbait headline crops up in their newsfeed.

#10: thanks for admitting you were never a Sanders supporter. Bernie endorsed Hillary of his own free will at the convention, he would never have wanted any of his supporters to vote for Stein, let alone Trump, and he never wanted anyone to stop fighting against institutional racism(a massive problem in this society, and one that almost no white people other than a few billionaires benefit from).

Even if Trump did accomplish this (which he didn't) this deal-cutting with businesses on the part of the Chief Executive is nothing but a slow-moving train wreck. Nobody knows exactly what the terms of each deal is. There are little (or no) checks and balances involved. It's a textbook example of why government SHOULD NOT be run like a business.

sprint came back and announced that these 5000 jobs are NEW jobs not the ones announced before the election. they also said that while masa helped with the deal, they aren't funded by softback so that's also separate.
