SAM just had a completely free weekend. It was great. They do that a least a couple times a year. The Fyre is free all the time.

Along with pretty much all museums being free to attend on First Thursdays, the Seattle Public Library also offers free admission to a bunch of museums too.

It would be nice to see more theaters and performance spaces get on board with this program.

Let's start setting aside tickets for people with homes and families but without the means to buy tickets to concerts or theater events. You'll get more out of enriching the lives of poor kids than you will getting piss smell soaked into nice chairs.

What a wonderful escape to see performing arts for a couple of hours. One, or two, of whom could be former actor and it could be a life changing experience.

Will they put plastic on the seats that they will be using? Or can we put them in a special section...down wind of where my and my wealthy Democratic Party donors will be sitting?
