Detained Dreamer Accused of Being a Gang Member... Because of a Tattoo? That's the latest from the Times's Nina Shapiro. Daniel Ramirez Medina, the 23-year-old father of a toddler scooped up by ICE last Friday, has a tattoo of the place where he was born.
