Older men (actually, old men) don't date women in their own age range because those old women look horrible. They may love and stay married to those old women, but they don't enter into new relationships with them. That's not pleasant but it's reality.

Well - he does address it in a clip in the movie. Also, on his Netflix show The Ranch, he dates his ex Debra Winger (gorgeous) and Kathy Baker from Picket Fences, so it's not universal. But is does seem as old as time - young women with successful older men. Movie looks great tho. Thanks for the heads up!
