Schrœdinger's Immigrant:

They're either/both living off welfare and/or taking all the jobs.

I'm pretty sure the air we breath is racist in the eyes of the laughing stock that is the SPLC.

3
People coming to our country in a criminal fashion, and then committing crimes while here deserve no quarter. Who else needs protection by this "sanctuary" that gets the tender masses sobbing whenever it's threatened?

Also, if you think people have a right to be here just because they're already here, you deserve a special construction cone hat to wear so the rest of us know not to take you seriously.

It's too late, dude. The ship has sailed. The horse has left the barn. Etc., etc.

@3
I'm guessing irony isn't your long suit?

It seems the American people have become the acceptable collateral damage of the Democrats liberal ideology. When city's across the country begin declaring they will NOT be a sanctuary. What do you think all the criminals, illegals, gang members fleeing ICE will do? hang around and wait for ICE? No they will FLOCK to the nearest sanctuary city. So they become havens for Felons. This will create both a safety and expense for the citizens.The Mayor, City & State legislators are doing their citizens a grave disservice and placing them in harms way.

The Democrats and MSM would like us all to believe that the jobs they take Americans don't want. NOT TRUE! All 800,000 (DACA recipients nationally) aren't all picking strawberries.Yes DACA recipients are buying homes, paying taxes, etc. The GOAL is for our CITIZENS to be employed, buying homes and paying taxes. Not citizens from other country's.

The costs of illegal immigration.

*30% percent of all Federal Prison inmates are illegal aliens. Does not include local
jails and State Prisons. At 21,000 per year expense per inmate in Federal Prison---do the math.

* Using DACA 800,000 illegal aliens (more signing up every day) has funneled 800 THOUSAND jobs away from American Citizens.

*2012 illegal aliens sent home $62 BILLION in remittances back to their countries of origin. This is why Mexico is getting involved in our politics

*$12 Billion dollars a year is spent on primary and secondary school education for children here illegally they cannot speak a word of English.

*$17 Billion dollars a year is spent for education for the American-born children of illegal aliens, known as anchor babies.

*$3 Million Dollars a DAY is spent to incarcerate illegal aliens, I repeat 3 MILLION a DAY to process Illegals in the Criminal justice system.

*$2.2 Billion dollars a year is spent on food assistance programs such as SNAP (food stamps),WIC, & free school lunches for illegal aliens.

@5. Am I supposed to harbor collective guilt about the progress of our countries' forefathers? To that I say...GFY.

I'm guessing pragmatism isn't your strong suit, is it?

@7
Oooo, a teleologist in our midst. Sick burn, dude. Your epidermis is showing.

@8. I totally think that we should intellectually exercise ideas to their rational conclusion before we try them out. If you see a problem with that, maybe you should try on one of those hats that were being offered earlier

I don't have a problem with immigrants. I have immigrant friends and immigrant employees, from Mexico to Sierra Leone. What I have a problem with is the lack of a path to citizenship and/or valid worker visas for people already here illegally or coming here illegally. If you want to accept every illegal immigrant that is here in the us right now for citizenship, I would probably agree...as long as we start enforcing our border and our laws with consistency because no matter how you try and spin it, 11million people in our country illegally isn't a good thing. Especially 11 million people who break the law as their very first act to get here.

You said: "Also, if you think people have a right to be here just because they're already here..."

I'm just wondering where your arbitrary statute of limitations is.

That's me, "intellectually exercis(ing) ideas to their rational conclusion".

The irony, it burns.
11
@10.And I'm wondering where your time machine is to rectify the past?

Reality, oooh...it burns too.

The sheer idiocy of creating a time based equivalency shows how out of touch with real solutions you are. You'd obviously rather relish in outrage and injustice of the irretrievable past than start from a reasonable premise like "we are a nation with borders and laws" and base any opinion on either changing said laws or accepting the status quo. Unless you don't believe in borders. In which case, you're an idiot who thinks 6 billion people have the right to come here whenever they want.

And FYI, I got your Native American innuendo the first go around. No need to repeat yourself.

Please wait...
