A number of the hashtags are for bands.
Mostly industrial bands, or just "heavy" bands.
White Zombie is referring to the band, not the movie they got their name from, I assume.
Tool, Misfits, Ministry, skinny puppy, kmfdm, and korn are all bands (NIN seems to be missing)
There are also a number of video game related hashtags. Foxhound is most likely a reference to the video game series Metal Gear Solid.
This pretty much looks like a fifteen-year-old kids list of their favorite things. The real question is, why did they decide to write this list on the sidewalk in Sharpie?

I see now that Nine Inch Nails is mentioned, it's in the first three letters of Nintendo. I didn't notice that the second n was backwards.

@3 Correction: This looks like a 15-year-old's list of their favorite things back in 1996 (outside of Xbox and Live Strong).

An old friend of mine suffering from (often) untreated schizophrenia occasionally posts messages on Facebook that are very similar to this in theme and format. Could be intentionally profound, or could just be where a person similar to my friend was camped for the day.
