The edibles law semi-makes sense... but you're telling me that the globby shapes they come in were supposed to be fruits all along?

And a kid is supposed to be able to tell that the gummi in the shape of a gum drop isn't ok (because it's not a person, animal, or fruit)? I never realized kids were thought to be so susceptible to shapes of foods.

Kids eat Tide pods. I don't think they're particularly invested in the shape of crap they chow down on, as long as it's not broccoli. Kids can spot broccoli a mile away. Weed edibles should be available in broccoli-shaped form.

They can't tell the difference unless someone tells them they're different. Jesus christ. Banning them won't stop kids from doing stupid shit if adults don't keep children informed.

Have easily smoked my weight, still take part. And totally agree that drugs shouldn't be manufactured in forms that duplicate treats that children are drawn to. No one would be down with oxycontin cookies. But there's a juvenile aspect to stoner culture that not only wants to be high but wants it in cotton candy and gumdrop form, damn the massive increase of 40 pound bodies eating 10 adult doses. Grow the fuck up and swallow a capsule - or are you that not okay with the fact that you are using a drug?
