In a city flooded with young urban "creatives" (YUCkies), surely they could have breathed one ounce of creativity into the awful name. How will it not be associated with this mass-market chain: Chop't Creative Salad Co.?

It's interesting the disconnect between "Seattle is unaffordable!" and "new people are ruining Seattle" and "Ooh, new restaurant with $10 salads that are only here because Seattle is expensive and full of new people to support this kind of place."
