That's freaking awesome. Why are you watching Fox News for tech information?

I've always prefered Maple over Mathematica, but that was effing sweet.

Too nerdy? Having the entire knowledge of the human race ever at your finger tips is too nerdy? It's only because it competes with them, they want to be the sole bringers on knowledge, god forbid we do it ourselves.

Wolfram is a controversial figure. Nobody can agree on how brilliant he is. Yet, everybody can agree on what a huge dick he is. Patronizing. Claims credit for other people's work. Never acknowledges the support he's gotten from other people.

I hate to think how many young geniuses he shat on and pushed down in order to create this thing he named after himself.

Watchout5, it not only competes with FoxNews, it provides actual information, not propaganda. I can't wait!

Wow, it's just like the computer in the classic Tracy/Hepburn comedy "Desk Set". When it gets stuck, do they have to reset it with a bobby pin?

It's a pretty amazing implementation, but it is still very weak in terms of engineering information. Searches for "A36 steel," "Manning's n," "peak ground acceleration," and "Moody diagram" all turn up nothing. There is a quick explanation of the Reynolds number, though.
