You know that Prejean and NOM are not going to shut up about this. They've started the martyr act, and they'll carry it until it dies a slow, agonizing death because with the right wing there's no such thing as fact that can get in the way of their manufactured narrative.

I have to say I'm with the new Miss California, whatever her name is, on this one. To reiterate what she said, the fact that everyone has looked to beauty pageant "queens" for statements about gay marriage is like, so freaking hillbilly, I'm sure I'm losing IQ points just by contributing to a thread about it. These chicks are moronic drones—who gives an F what they think about anything besides self-tanning products and where to get the best ass waxing? Seriously, if I wanted to get an awesome Brazilian, I'd ask a beauty queen. If I want thoughts and advice about civil rights, I'll seek out John Lewis or Cleve Jones. Let Prejean float away in a cloud of hair spray. She's a nothing. A vapid shithead. Disappear, already.
