I Will Welcome the Revolution Because We Clearly Deserve to Fail as a Culture

Sometimes you come across things on the internet that make you hate your own species. Today, I give you Exhibit A: "Poodle doodles: Dogs are transformed into pandas, horses and even snails in a barking mad grooming craze."

I hate standard poodles. I don't wish them harm, but do wish them mild humiliation.

And now your wish has been granted, Dougsf.

This particular wish is granted over and over and over again. Thank you, internet!

Please if there's a God send a huge Mars sized astroid to hit our world. Then make the sun go nova and after that hvae the Milky Way collapses into a singularity.

We deserve nothing less.....

Oh, man, these are wonderful. You want sick? Check out what the pageant people do to their KIDS ("Toddlers and Tiaras", et al.).

This is why large white poodles were invented.

This is completely typical of Steelers fans.

Poodles were ridiculous to begin with. Nothing has changed except for the press.

NumberOne 17
1st Place: Bison
2nd Place: Panda
3rd Place: Camel

Okay. I can't believe I just honestly rated them.

Oh man. The Steelers poodle has a special place in my heart, but I second NumberOne @17's rating system: Bison totally wins, panda closely behind and camel in third. I mean, the Panda makes the poodle look lovable, and that's an accomplishment in itself.

All the psychedelic ones are beyond terrible. Peacock wins for sheer assault on the eyes.

I'll take a culture that over-preens dogs over a culture that neglects or abuses them any day. These dogs are clearly loved (granted, in ridiculous ways), which is more than you can say for the millions of other dogs being neglected in this country right now.

In other words, there are way worse crimes against animalkind and culture than an overprimped poodle. Conserve that outrage!

@20- Show dogs are often not loved as pets, but loved as livestock.

You kill livestock when you're done with it.

The revolution will never happen, and if it did it will lead to the same stupid shit that every revolution does: business as usual. Hope for an asteroid if you really want to change things up.
