On Wed/Sept 30/2009, Officer Jeffrey C. Page composed this report:

I was dispatched to 7th Ave NE to investigate a sexual assault by known suspect. The rape occurred two months ago. I arrived and contacted victim. The victim stated that between 7/06/2009 and 07/07/2009 suspect forced himself on her, while the two were watching movies in her apartment. Victim stated that she tried to push [suspect] off of her and struggled to get away, but was unsuccessful. Victim stated that physical penetration did occur and that suspect punched her during the attack. Victim did not report the incident until tonight, but did [seek] medical treatment at Harborview…
The suspect was born in 1984, weighs 250 pounds, and is muscular in build. The victim was born in 1979, weighs 160 pounds, and has a medium build.

The rape in the report must be seen in the light of another one that happened over 30 years ago, in a home owned by Jack Nicholson. That rapist was 44 and the victim was 13. That particular rapist directed Chinatown and other popular movies. That rapist fled the US before paying one penny of time for his crime. That rapist was arrested last week in Switzerland for the debt he still owes society. That rapist has support from the likes of Woody Allen and Marin Scorsese.

The rapist in Officer Page’s report, however, can expect to live the rest of his life with no support from Hollywood. He did not make movies; he watched them.
