Two Killed in Oregon Shooting

Posted by on Tue, Nov 10, 2009 at 1:27 PM

As many as 10 people may be injured, and a man and a woman were killed in a shooting inside a drug-testing lab in Tualatin, Oregon, about 15 miles south of Portland. KGW reports:

A woman who was injured in the shooting said that as many as three people were shot by what appeared to be a lone gunman, according to Mike McNeil, a bystander who spoke with KGW.

The gunman walked into the drug testing center and opened fire, the woman said. McNeil found the woman running across a parking lot covered in blood.

UPDATE: Police say the scene has been secured, and have not released more details about the victims or the shooter, except that the shooter is "no longer a threat," the Oregonian reports.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

That well-regulated militia's been pretty busy the last week or so.

@4 seriously

We are all slowly losing our mind.

I came to this chilling revelation yesterday.

I know of not ONE recently graduated Ph. D. chemist that has been hired since last September. Maybe I'm a little sheltered from those that are fortunate but it just makes me think of the Florida Engineer.
