Carrie Prejean Knows From Inappropriate

Posted by on Thu, Nov 12, 2009 at 7:51 AM

Carrie Prejean almost storms out of television studio because the questions are too tough—on Larry King Live?

Prejean threatened to walk off King's Wednesday night interview after King asked her why she'd settled a lawsuit against the Miss California USA Pageant.... Prejean didn't answer.

King repeated: "You can't even say why you settled?"

"Larry," Prejean replied, "it's completely confidential and you're being inappropriate."

It gets worse for Prejean. A caller begins a call with, "I'm a gay man and I love pageants," and Prejean reaches to disconnect her mic. "Did she hear the question?" King asks. Prejean retorts, "Yeah, I think you are being extremely inappropriate right now, and I'm about to leave your show."

Carrie only takes questions now from straight beauty pageant fans, Larry. Video at RawStory.

UPDATE: Here's the video...

First, you have to love the way Carrie waves her book around and smiles at the camera. That sent little starbursts right up my leg. And it seems pretty clear that Carrie was prepared to continue with the interview until Larry took a call from a gay man. That was the last straw—Miss Prejean isn't interested in speaking with gay people, only persecuting gay people. And why would she take off her mic off and then sit there? This is how you take off a mic and storm off a set, Carrie.

UPDATE 2: And it turns out that Carrie isn't a child pornographer after all—just a liar.

Carrie Prejean's ex-boyfriend—the guy to whom she sent the XXX solo video—tells TMZ Carrie and company called him last week and tried getting him to "lie" and say she was 17 when she shot the video. During an audio interview with TMZ, the man—who asked us not to reveal his identity—says Carrie sent him the video when they were involved with each other in 2007. He says Carrie sent him numerous explicit videos and insists the one in question was shot when she was 20.

Oh, how I can't wait to see how the conservative Christians (ie Loveschild) will still come running to her defense (you know it's a given).

Lie, cheat, bear false witness, be hypocritical (apparently this is what God commands). All in the name of God, and to defeat those "evil homos" that simply want to live their lives without those interfering Christians.

Sorry fanboys-
expect Dan to be out of circulation several days when the video finally breaks-
he'll be spending a little 'quality time' with Carrie.

Is it me or could this interview have been better if Carrie had a cock in her mouth to suck on like in Hump's "How To Please Your Man"? The awkward dialog between her and Larry King warrants another remake of that video.

@3 No she wasn't of age. She was a teen, and as has been posted here those that would dare to show such a tape would be in violation of the law because they would be basically showing pornography of a minor. Otherwise TMZ would've already made a profit from it. It's not that they are above that sort of thing, they're just trying to avoid committing a crime. The first who she could be going after right now is the ex-boyfriend of hers because by distributing that tape he has basically distributed an illegal video footage of a minor. She has no reason to back-off because those that want to harm her are basically trying to blackmail her with something that's illegal and that could land them in jail. I don't know who's her lawyer and why h/she hasn't given her more advice on that matter.

She's a hypocritical slut who relishes the thought of throwing stones. I'm so over her and her masturbatory sex tape / nude photo christian values!

Just goes to show that she has nothing going for her except scandal. At 21, she's already known as "that girl who posed naked, made a video of herself masturbating, and got a boob job" or, as Joy Behar said, an Anita Bryant.

And by the way, Loveschild, if the video was made in 2007, as the ex-boyfriend is saying, and she's 21 now, that would make her nineteen at the time. A TEEN, yes, but a teen who was of age.

Loveschild,

She made a sex tape(s), so what. That's her business. That is not the issue here.

The issue is hypocrisy. The issue is that she is telling people to behave in a moral fashion through her book, that her faith demands, when she knew that this tape(s) was out there. It's not those whose faith she claims to share who are going to be encouraged or empowered by her book, because her book is spiritually tainted. She was living a lie, and now she's free from it, but she's shot herself in the foot as a "Pious Christan Role Model for young American Girls."

From looking at the video, the phone call seemed to have nothing to do with her removing the mic.

She was annoyed by King's mediation questions and kept looking at her (off screen) handler (who was possibly saying stuff to Carrie). Right as they went to the caller the handler seemingly told Carrie to remove the mic and/or cut things off. That was in motion before the caller announced his gayness.

Or is Dan seeing something I don't see?

@13 She's saying she was seventeen. And between the two, i think i'll believe her until factually proven otherwise, cause a scumbag like her ex who's capable of doing what he has done has 0 credibility in my and in any other reasonable person's book. And like i said, all seems to indicate that she's telling the truth here because lets face it the gay side aided by their allies in the media and the showbizness industry (TMZ) would be having a field-day selling this tape by now....but that hasn't happened has it? You're side is not above dragging people into the mud and destroying them without blinking-an-eye, so that leds me to believe that they know damn well that what they have in their possession is something that they cannot use legally.

I do hope that the authorities take a look at this and find out when it was made, so that they land his ass on jail if it turns out to be illegal.

@16: it was reported on Anderson Cooper that she claimed that the reason she was going to walk off is that she was told she wouldn't have to take any calls from viewers: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x45zkZCGY…

And to Loveschild, she's saying she was seventeen, but what reason do we have to believe her? She has lied repeatedly about her activities. As the ex-boyfriend said, he's not stupid enough to a) have sex with someone underage and b) disseminate child pornography by sending a sex video of that person to the media. The ex says she was 20 years old when she made the tape, that it was only one of several she sent him, and that she started doing so four days after they met.

And how will you defend your precious Prejean when the truth about the video does come out?

@15 What teenager hasn't done stupid things? All of us had. That's not what's at issue here, she has recognized her error, she's is owning up to it and opening up to others especially young girls out there who might be thinking of doing the dumb act she made. That's precisely what being a Christian is about, coming as one is and being transformed into a better person by the redeeming power of Christ, you (who claim to be a Christian, *claim) should know that.

Or just because she has done some stupid thing as all teens in love do means that now as an adult she should not speak her mind concerning our most basic and important institutions as a society? I think not. She's an adult now, if she had made that tape now as an adult or during the time she gave here answer i would agree with you about the hypocrisy thing but she isn't, she was a teen back then and anyone who distributes or shows that tape knows it and knows that what they're doing is a crime. She did not bring up this tape now that she's an adult, the ex did, he is the one at fault here when the least he could've done was to act like a gentleman and dispose of it, not to give it to gays over at TMZ.

@ 21,

If she was about transparency, she would have owned to her bad choices in the book, but she didn't. Her lie was forced out of her, and now she's forced to deal with it.

I'm not surprised that you do not understand what the word hypocrisy means. Since you claim to be about honesy, yet openly lie here. Your own comments betray you.

We can forgive her. Just like we can forgive you for lying. And, she gets points for honesty. Can we get some honesty from you? Your a big girl, and claim to be in your 20s.

"Nov 4 Loveschild commented on The Catholic Church vs. Gay Equality.
@1 By the way people like Savage are crying foul you'd believe that they were the underdogs. The same story in WA, the funneling of dollars from Hollywood and SF poured in the gay side. But make no mistake the grassroots mobilization with close to little funds was made by the pro-family side.

In the end what counts, is the family, neighbor and good people who make a conscience decision to uphold the family such as the good people in Maine did.

They have taught us all a great lesson of perseverance and courage. And I'm just happy to have played a small minuscule role in the defense of values that Mainers of all religious affiliations (not only catholics) hold dear."

Hey Loveschild, if she was 17 at the time that she made the tape, then guess what: She's the one with the more serious problem. It's called Unlawful Distribution of Pornography featuring a minor. Besides, it's not as if one can stop someone else from SENDING pornography. You can't blame him, you can only accuse him of crimes he didn't cmmit. But God Bless him for keeping that (those?) tapes/videos. Truly, he is exposing her (literally) for what she is. Have fun in your glass house.

Loveschild, your argument that she was clearly underage because otherwise TMZ would be making a profit on her sex tape does not hold water. TMZ could not make a profit regardless of her age for quite a number of legal issues. (1) She produced the video, which means she owns the copyright even if she freely emailed it to someone else. (2) She starred in the video, which means she'd have some grounds to sue over someone else profiting from her image without a signed consent contract. (3) Because the video is of sexual activity, TMZ would need a copy of her driver's license or passport showing proof of age, per USC 2257.

And if she WAS underage, then she committed a crime by transmitting pornographic images of a minor. Though I agree with Dan that teen "sexting" laws need to be reformed when the person sending it is sending it of themselves.

@21: Did you know that if she was as young as she says she was, she just admitted to committing a gross criminal offense with a heavy charge on it? It doesn't matter who else sends it out, it was her fault. I thought you read Savage's articles? Remember how he got all stuffy over teens getting registered as sex offenders for sending indecent photos to other people via text message?

So if you believe that she was 17, are you prepared to stand by her as her name is entered into almost every sex offender registry in this country?

Maybe she'll get a neat little sign to put out next to her NOM yardsigns?

On the other hand, she could just be lying, which is fine by you.

There should be meta data of some sort on the original video that clarifies when it was taken. In the pics of her with the ex-boyfriend she certainly appears to be older than 17. I doubt he distribute it if she was a minor. Most importantly, I just do not find her to be credible.

Miss California President Keith Lewis says:

"The public is finally getting a glimpse of the real Carrie Prejean who lives in her own delusional world. The childish behavior, her negative attitude, the sarcasm and condescending tone, the disrespect and continual lying she is demonstrating now is only a fraction of what we endured during her reign and after.

Anyone who buys her book is supporting a woman who is actually the opposite of everything she claims to be.

I sincerely hope she is able to get the psychological help I believe she has shown to clearly need."

Lovechild - you keep talking about "our side" as if "we" pulled this tape out to discredit poor St. Carrie. Fact is, it was HER ex boyfriend and the representatives of the pageant that she originally was a part of who did this. Not "us." Not Dan. Not any gay activists. The people SHE chose to affiliate herself with, chose to fuck and who initially sponsored her message.

She's a hypocrite. Plain and fucking simple.

Throughout the gospels, Jesus always...ALWAYS...preferred an honest sinner to a sanctimonious hypocrite. How you can be so mind-bogglingly stupid as to not draw any kind of parallel between that and what's going on in the world today I have no idea.

Hey everyone! ITS CALLED A MORALS CLAUSE! The Miss California pageant has one in the contract which requires that you disclose ALL photos, paraphenalia etc that would reflect badly upon the pageant.
PLAIN, SIMPLE fact.
She has disclosed nothing and when things surfaced she lied and denied. The pageant could have suppressed all of these photos, and videos but she didn't disclose them so they couldn't.

I have a morals clause in my employment contract too. It means I could get fired for not disclosing previous lewd/pornographic etc documented behavior or convictions (DWI, Public drunkenness) and it also covers present behavior. So again, her problem is that she is a liar and a fraud. IF she was an upstanding christian which she portrays herself to be then she would have admitted to these in the beginning.

i agree mostly with jason josephes.

that aside, this doesn't prove her a fraud. it's doesn't make her as good a spokesperson, and the older christians might have a problem with her now. i don't think even most young conservative christians think masturbating is wrong. and most young conservative christians probably also agree with the idea that people make mistakes when they are young. it's difficult to me to see how this really discredits her from those younger bigots who support her. but, sure, glass houses and all that.

to actually be a hypocrite she has to be found in a gay marriage, or something like that. otherwise, she was just "unpure" by one of the standards she proposes that is a completely separate from another standard she proposes.

Nothing wrong with masturbation. Nothing wrong with sexting - if you are of legal age - your masturbatory videos/photos to your boyfriend/girlfriend. Everything wrong with fraudulently signing a pageant contract and not disclosing - PER PAGEANT RULES AND REGULATIONS - the fact that you made/transmitted 8 sexting videos and 30+ risque photos to your boyfriend which may surface and create unwanted controvery and bring negative attention to the pageant. Failure to disclose is breach of contract and justifiable and legal grounds for disqualification. The ensuing tragic train wreck of drama - of political, religious, legal, ethical, hypocritical and book deal proportions - which the world was subjected to endure was needless, for after all that has been said and done, Carrie Prejean was ineligible to compete in the pageant from day one!

"Hey everyone! ITS CALLED A MORALS CLAUSE! The Miss California pageant has one in the contract which requires that you disclose ALL photos, paraphenalia etc that would reflect badly upon the pageant.
PLAIN, SIMPLE fact."

So far, so good.

"She has disclosed nothing and when things surfaced she lied and denied."

Well, let's for the moment set aside the matter that the photo shoot was arranged by Keith Lewis. I suppose he would have to have Carrie "disclose" his own actions to him.

But no matter.

Just how nasty do photos have to be, by current prevailing standards, before they start reflecting badly enough to kick in the morals clause? Now, before you answer, though...

It seems to me that if a contestant's actions would reflect badly, a DIRECTOR's actions could hardly do any less. Shouldn't the pageant's directors' own lives reflect the morals they are demanding of their applicants? I mean, we're talking about the public, right? They aren't doing to go to any pains to perceive the pageant's high-and-mighty differently.

I should think so.

Now, Prejean's modeling photos...gee, they look pretty typical of the genre. I've seen racier in Glamour and Cosmo, and I only look at those once in a while. Not to mention the SI Swimsuit Edition, which used to show a LOT of nipple some years ago.

But no matter. They're nasty. Really nasty. Just assume that.

Just a moment while I play a little video clip. It's from a movie called Seeing Other People. (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0362129/) Great shot. Good looking girl, sitting up in bed with some guy, topless as you can be (her, not the guy). No vests, windblown or otherwise, to obscure the view, and plenty long screen-time to boot. Oh, another one.. Here she's just had her top pulled off by the same guy and is reclining, no doubt waiting for him to read her a bedtime story, unaware that a whole buncha people are looking at those great tits.

Damn! Good looking. What's her name?

Well, whaddaya know? Shanna Moakler! Director of the pageant, Prejean's most vicious critic now that Perez Hilton has other things to desecrate, that very same one! (Actually one of two, the other being Keith Lewis, the guy who arranged the photo shoot).

Hmm... Now that we have agreed that even a little shade of nipple destroys the pageant's good name, and Moakler's gloating photo on TMZ, so grossly childish that people are taking a break from bashing Prejean so they can bash her, isn't "reflecting badly" on it...

But this scene from the movie is just fine. I guess that a little nipple, partly obscured, is bad, but the whole package right out in the open isn't.

Hypocrites.

"I have a morals clause in my employment contract too. It means I could get fired for not disclosing previous lewd/pornographic"

What ever happened to that old "what you do in the privacy of your own bedroom is your own business" mantra? The same Left that's having such a good time stomping on Prejean is the first to chant that whenever it suits them.

I can buy it if the video's been distributed, in any way, but could it be that if you're a woman and you put a video camera on yourself and do the private nasty for the benefit of your boyfriend--and nobody else on this entire planet!--private, personal, you know...your own business...the pageant has to know about it? Even years later? Gee, do they have a place on the form to disclose the penis lengths of your last five lovers?

Oh, and also, she's something terrible for making it, but he's nothing much for leaking it. Betraying trust and privacy are innocent pastimes, but recording yourself doing something just about everybody does for his pleasure is a horrible sin.

Hypocrites times 100
More...
