there probably are some roles where she was passable? but really, there's none that I can think of where she could be classified as good. hmmm.

She was good in Desperately Seeking Susan. And not all that bad in A League of Their Own. But what do I care... I'll go to at least one show because I recognize that she's a terrible actress, and I love her anyway.

I loved Battlefield Earth and Gigli (it sounds like really), but I don't know if I can bring myself to watch any of these.

She was quite good in both League of Their Own and Dick Tracy.

@15: you're cool 'n all but, bit parts don't really count & there was nothing good about Dick Tracy, it's really a shit sandwich, but without any redeeming sandwich qualities.

Thank you so much for using the word "wintery." I absolutely detest the word "wintry" and everyone seems to use it, nowadays. It's refreshing to see "wintery" every now and then.

You know, she looks great, she's shot well, but the moment she starts to talk....OMG, she's bad. Funny that talking on film should be so different from singing on film.
