While looking for an address in Queen Anne, I noticed this surprising park name. Man, I think either the Chinese have hacked google maps or Seattle Parks and Rec is up to somethin fishy!

I wonder if the Marion Barry Botanical Gardens are nearby....

How the park got its name, according to the Olympian:

Tom Sawyer’s phrase “by-cracky, Huck” was so enjoyed by Werner H. Kracke that it became his slightly-adjusted nickname (Bhy Kracke). He wanted his garden and future park to be a miniature Butchart Garden, but he died on a cruise ship before the pocket park was created, gracefully tucked into a steep hillside with views of Lake Union, Capitol Hill and central Seattle.

And here's a city press release from 1974—they sure "liked" their "unnecessary" quotation marks "back then"—to confirm.
