SuttonBeresCuller's installation Panoptos allows visitors to the Henry, and online visitors, to zoom in on paintings, sculptures, and photographs in the museum's permanent collection via an actual giant mechanical arm with a camera attached to it.

All of Seattle's art museums have pretty terrible image capabilities online. A couple great zoomable museum web sites are the Metropolitan Museum of Art and San Francisco Museum of Art. If you have some that you visit and love, leave them in the comments.
