Art Students Talk Tonight!

Posted by on Mon, Nov 8, 2010 at 11:38 AM

Seattle students will lead the mayor in talking about arts education tonight, and you can go out and support and listen to them. It's the sixth annual Arts in Education Forum—a student-directed forum.

The students are Sanai Anang (9th-grade percussionist at Garfield), Audrey Myers (11th-grade artist and writer at Nathan Hale), and Maria Soledad Barrientos (2010 grad of Rainier Beach).

Bring questions or just listen.

The event is from 6:30 to 7:30 with a reception starting at 8 at Seattle University's Pigott Auditorium, 1017 E Marion St. Admission is free.
