Attention Sloggers, you have two days to vote like crazy to get President Obama to speak at Bridgeport High School's graduation ceremony in June.

As Goldy mentioned earlier, Bridgeport is a finalist in the Race to the Top Commencement Challenge, which has six schools competing to bring the president to their campus for their graduation. The contest's purpose is to highlight schools which are making progress in graduating students. With less than 200 students, Bridgeport, located in north central Washington, is the smallest of the six finalists.

The school has a large immigrant population, most of whom are first generation Latino students who are going to be the first in their family to graduate from high school. Nearly one out of every two students in the school receives free or reduced lunch. Even with these challenges, the school graduates nine out of every 10 students.

You can review and rate the video each school made on a scale of 1-5 (5 being the highest) before Friday April 29 at 8:59 p.m. PDT. The three schools receiving the most votes will be announced Monday, May 2. President Obama will select the winner. Bridgeport will need the unified power of Sloggers to win this. Let's do it!
