Props to the Democrats for forcing Republicans into this:

Senate Democrats forced a vote Wednesday on the controversial fiscal plan drafted by House Budget chief Paul Ryan, splitting the Republican caucus and forcing several vulnerable GOP senators who are up for re-election to go on the record supporting or opposing sweeping changes to the nation’s Medicare system.

The vote was 40-57. Two of the Republicans who voted against Ryan's budget—Olympia Snowe from Maine and Scott Brown from Massachusetts—are up for re-election in 2012. Susan Collins from Maine and Lisa Murkowski from Alaska also voted against it. And Rand Paul, bless him, voted against the Ryan budget because he said it didn't go far enough.
