Green Lake Watch

There is (or was?) really good sushi restaurant in Green Lake (east part of the neighborhood). Anyone know the name? I only went a couple of times 8 or 9 years ago.
2
Grant, I feel safe knowing that you're keeping a watchful eye on Green Lake.
3
@1: You may be thinking of Kisaku.
4
I'm sure a Green Lake Watch would keep marvelous time. The hands would sweep around in 2.8 miles.
5
Have you ever had your seat stolen and then had to ride home a long distance? Sucks.
6
@5 - The bike in the background has the best defense: just let your seatpost rust until it becomes fused to your frame.
7
Is that on 65th under I-5? If so I don't know if you can consider that Green Lake.
8
I don't know if I can consider you Green Lake.
9
Is that not in the water? If not, I don't know if you can consider that Green Lake.

Well, unless you're talking about the neighborhood surrounding Green Lake that is known as Green Lake...
10
Those bikes all look like they've been there for awhile.

@9 You beat me to it!

I love sitting on my back porch whenever it gets above 70 degrees and watching all the cars circle around my block over and over and over looking for somewhere to park.
12
@9: When you're at NE 65th St and NE Ravenna Blvd and walking east, at what point do you leave Green Lake and enter the Roosevelt area?
13
Grant.

No.
14
@ 3, I think that's it. Thanks. Is it still open?
16
Matt @14 It was open the last time I ate there, early last spring, maybe. They always seem to be fairly busy when I look in, so I'd guess they are staying in the black.
17
I had my front tire stolen during a snowstorm at Broadway and 92nd in NYC. Not a lot of fun carrying the bike and groceries home.
18
Kisaku is going strong. Best sushi in Seattle, as far as I'm concerned. Try the gizzard shad.
19
@12 I'm not sure about the park and ride, but Roosevelt begins on the other side of I-5. My house is right by the P&R, but I know that I fall in the Green Lake Urban Village. Check out the city's website for a map of neighborhood lines.

Uhhhh, big thanks for the Kisaku tip.....

@5 - Indeed it does.
