I sincerely hope the Washington Democratic party has been horsewhipping these undecideds behind closed doors, because it's embarrassing to have a Democratic senator who won't stand up for equal rights.

Hatfield is a target for Republicans. If he votes yes then they hit him with that, if he votes no they will still come after him so it is useless pandering to conservatives.
He should ignore the politics, since he is screwed either way, and actually vote (wait for it).... his heart.
