Some Restaurant in Seattle Needs to Start Offering These, Like, Now

They're called butter pretzels. They're small, warm, thin-ish pretzels, sliced in half horizontally, with about quarter of an inch of cold, sweet butter piped in between the two slices of crunchy, salty pretzel. The ratio of pretzel to butter is about 3:1. They're the most delicious goddamn things on the planet. If someone in Seattle can duplicate these... I'll never shut up about you on Slog. I promise.
