Wow. This video destroys Paul Ryan's claims that President Obama single-handedly shut down a GM plant in his hometown in 2009 by showing news footage about the plant's closing in 2008, back when He-Who-Shall-Not-Be-Named-By-Republicans was president.

I'm starting to get the sense that Ryan might be a compulsive liar.
