Todd Akin Found Two Women to Star in a Commercial for Him

Posted by on Thu, Nov 1, 2012 at 11:39 AM

Wow! I guess Todd Akin literally doesn't know the definition of the word "quit." His new ad stars two women. One of them is a rape survivor, and another was born in Russia.

That's at least two votes for Todd Akin, then!

"I don't want to lose my freedom, that's why I'm handing control of decisions for my body over to Todd Akin!"

Is she being threatened with deportation? Cause I think that's pretty much the only way the sentence makes sense.

Did I miss the bit where the "rape survivor" tells whether she was rape-impregnated or not?

And the Duggars are campaigning for Akin, so that's another 18 or so votes.

@3 She wasn't impregnated. She was legitimately raped. Cmon now, you know that.

Wait, did I hear right? Didn't the first woman say that she had an abortion right before she said she'd been raped?

Yes, she got her post-rape abortion, and now wants to pull up the ladder from the rest of us.

Freedom!

This reminds me of the gubenatorial race in Louisiana in the early 90's when Klansman David Duke made a television commercial with a black man to prove that he wasn't a racist.

"He wants to control government. He doesn't want to control people, like in Russia."

Unless the people want an abortion, or maybe use contraception, or want to marry someone of the same sex. Then he's all about controlling people.
