Which way did he go, which way did he go, which way did he go? He went for Faygo Old Fashioned Root Beer.

Ah, the joys of Ann Arbor in the '50's. And Vernors!!

He's been in a constant rage since they discontinued Chateaux Faygeaux. And yes, I shit you not, there was once wine-flavored Faygo.

I don't think any State accepts seatbelt violations as cause to pull someone over. Kinda beside the point I guess since this poor guy's lost his grip, I'd say.

Coney, yes. But which one? Lafayette or American?

Enquiring minds...

@4: American.

Always.

Check out his other videos: 'FEMA DHS secret mass grave site exposed'; 'Pastor Terry Jones Free Speech Zone USA'; and several other attempts to pull over law enforcement for lack of seatbelts.

Most state seat belt laws have exemptions for police, fire, and EMS.

Raging out on right-wing radio.

He's an idiot, but he's not entirely wrong. Police behaving as if they're above the law is a real problem with real consequences. I mean, we're calling in investigators to audit SPD for this stuff.

God, "the right wing blather on the radio as the only soundtrack until he yells" is what make it golden.

In all fairness, if it's a Detroit cop he's probably doing something way worse than just a seat-belt violation.

So, this was filmed in Taylor by Southland Mall. I used to work there.

He is a right-wing conspiracy-minded nutzoid. Pointing out that the cops should wear seatbelts is fine; the hypocrisy is terrible, and as a taxpayer I don't want to pay the increased medical bills or death benefits when these people crash unprotected. Doing it this way is dumb on a whole load of levels (including that operating the videocamera in that way may have been an illegal distraction from his driving). He should have just gotten a few pictures of the cop without a seatbelt and identifying information, and reported him to the department, to the local media, and/or to his elected representative.

Sent this video to my uncle, who's a police officer. Hopefully he'll get a laugh out of it.

Why the guy cares what others do or don't do shows the level of idiocy. He's like the morality police.

How dangerous is it to shoot video while driving? I wonder if he's friends with the "I don't take no orders from no woman" guy?

@3 plenty of states allow traffic stops for seatbelt violations; Washington is one of them. This was changed from the earlier version of the law- it was at that time a "secondary infraction". They'll pull your ass over no problem. Meanwhile, emergency vehicles are exempt from practically every traffic law, so this guy's a fucking dumbass.
