Nothing in those pictures says "Thanksgiving"! They all just say "gluttony".

It's only gluttony if you eat more than you need. Of course, most people will. Looks like I pretty nice spread to me. I probably would have had about three things.

This spread reminds me of a shipboard waitress' comment on the occasion of watching a purge of passengers attack the midnight buffet: "They're eating like they have nine rectums."

I always stash a little (actually it can be a lot but who's counting) of cookies to take home after eating at a Buffet. Especially a casino buffet.

@4: Since shortly after the invention of the plate, which occurred because saying "pointy stick, your fingers, whatever" as a verb was relatively inefficient.
