Film / Nerd What Do You Think of the Upstream Color Trailer?

It's the new trailer for the movie from the guy who wrote and directed Primer, and it poses more questions than it answers:
On Apple's official trailer site, the movie's synopsis reads "A man and woman are drawn together, entangled in the life cycle of an ageless organism." What does that mean? I have no idea! What does the trailer mean? I dunno! What do you think? Let's find out:

I get scared, but this was too confusing and disjointed for me to feel anything other than annoyance.

Did he say his head is made of the same material as the sun? Because I think "disfigurement" would be an understatement.
