For the record: Working Washington has absolutely no connection to the robbery of the strategic maple syrup reserve. In fact, we have great respect for the level of public services provided by Quebec, their relatively reined-in banking system, their powerful student movement, their high level of unionization, and their low level of economic inequality.

Our alibi: we were giving out free "Who Makes Our Airport Work?" coloring books at Sea-Tac at the time of the incident:
