A perfect peach that is sliced up and chilled and bathing all peachily in cool, crisp white wine. Obviously, you can halve the recipe if you only want four servings (or one Stranger-staffer-sized portion); I also like to sprinkle on some chopped-up fresh mint before serving, because MINT and PRETTY.
