He's being a little too Biden-y here with the overstatement, but I agree with the vice president on just about every one of his points: American airports are falling apart, and our infrastructure needs a whole lot of attention.

But this is an issue that President Obama ran on the first time, and we've still got bridges falling into rivers. If the Obama Administration doesn't inspire some real action on this issue, our increasingly shitty infrastructure is going to be labeled an Obama problem come the 2016 presidential election, and rightfully so.
