I feel like he's kind of a Seattle treasure. And I think I may have once, years ago, photographed him (holding a live raccoon?) on the streets of Belltown. I ran into him last weekend on the food court level of Westlake Center. He was wearing a cat like it was a scarf—which turned lots of heads, and made everybody smile. He was in a hurry, so I couldn't get much info. I'd love to find him again, and take more pictures...
