Now we'll see if Democrats can rally around one of their own for speaking the truth, or whether they'll cower in the face of mounting criticism from the right. Actually never mind, looks like the latter is a foregone conclusion.

The question makes the doubtful assumption that at one time, it was not pathetic and petty. Name any "DC policy community" and I'm pretty sure those two words invariably apply.
