Gov. Rick Scott visited a senior center Tuesday to warn about cuts he said Obamacare is forcing in a popular version of the Medicare health program and to collect their horror stories.
What he found was a satisfied group with few complaints.
The 20 seniors assembled for a roundtable with Scott at the Volen Center were largely content with their Medicare coverage and didnât have negative stories to recount.
And some praised Obamacare â a program that Scott frequently criticizes.
This kind of thing is happening more and more. I don't think Obamacare's public perception is going to turn around fast enough to save the midterm election for Democrats, but I do think that scenes like this will become more and more common as time passes. By 2016, Republicans simply won't be able to count on mixedâby which I mean non-pre-screenedâaudiences being hostile to Obamacare.
