  • Coachella invites you back for more.

In what's become an annual tradition, Coachella is cashing in on the warm glow of your still-fresh memories and fading sunburns to sell tickets for next year's festival(s), which will take place on both April 10-12 and April 17-19, 2015.

Ticket prices are ever-so-slightly higher next year, with General Admission wristbands now priced at $375. Camping passes remain $85 for basic sites, with a range of glamping options ranging all the way up to $7000 for an air-conditioned "Safari" tent that includes queen beds, artist guest level access, golf cart rides, and a luxury behind-the-scenes enclave.

Per usual, fans who buy early will be placing a fairly safe bet on Paul Tollett's taste and GoldenVoice's continued ability to throw an event worth attending. (Or putting faith in the value of an unwanted wristband on the secondary ticket markets). Although the lineup won't be revealed until early next year, the Fake Coachella Poster Industry never really stops, so feel free to start speculating wildly and creatively about next year's headliners and looking forward to the new era of permanent toilet facilities. The lineups for the weekends are the same; typically those who favor greener grass, no spoilers, and celeb sightings tend to go for Weekend One while those with a preference for smoother operations and advanced planning via careful study of the livestream wait until Weekend Two.

The Coachella pre-sale opens on Friday morning at 10 PDT and, if past performance is an indicator of future results, the early bird ticket pool will probably be exhausted within an few hours. Aside from general satisfaction in extremely early planning, the main reward of the pre-sale is that it is the only window of opportunity to get in on the the payment plan option, which starts with a 20-percent down payment and splits the remaining charges over monthly installments through the remainder of 2014.

Questions, answers, and more details are available at the Coachella Advance Sale FAQs; eager buyers can prepare their accounts for weekend one and weekend two ahead of time to make purchases slightly less chaotic during Friday's pre-sale. Note that there's a two-ticket limit per billing address per-weekend; so big groups might require some advanced strategy before gathering around their laptops on Friday morning.
