There's some lettering in a box right on the front page of DraftMitt.org that says it, in case you're wondering:

This website is not paid for by Mitt Romney

But the petition to draft Mitt Romney now has over 115,000 digital signatures, and the website promises that "All petition signatures will be hand-delivered to Mitt Romney." On Facebook and Twitter, they're sharing Mitt-centric memes:

They're comparing him to Ronald Reagan, who was also a governor who won on his third presidential run. They're retweeting people who ask "Could Romney III be like Rocky III?" They're bragging about "MittMentum" and slagging other 2016 presidential contenders. The only people who aren't for drafting Mitt? Mitt's people:

The problem is, according to Romney's former finance chairman and "sixth son" Spencer Zwick, "Mitt is not supporting this."

"This organization has absolutely no bearing on Mitt Romney running for president. He says he's not running for president and nothing this organization can do will change that ... The organization has no merit. None," Zwick told the Deseret News.

In conclusion, I hope the Draft Mitt movement keeps going all the way to Cleveland 2016. This idea that Mr. 47 Percent is the absolute best the Republican Party has to offer is frankly intoxicating.
