Monsoon on Capitol Hill has expanded, and it's totally gorgeous, and it's for adults only. Here's my review, including what co-owner Eric Banh has to say about the banishment of the children (one bit: "I have a 6-year-old son. I said, 'Son, sorry, you cannot be here'"). The first comment is all in favor of Banh's decision:
...but I'm guessing there will be some people who think kids should be allowed wherever their parents want them to be at Monsoon. (They're still allowed in the original Monsoon space, so maybe people don't have to freak out that much?)
