This just in from Ansel Herz, who's covering the Martin Luther King Jr. Day rally at Garfield High School: Seattle Black Lives Matter protesters are distributing modified versions of the Seattle Times. The new paper, called the Seattle Crimes, has a front page full of columns from deceased civil rights leaders.

It would appear that the Crimes attempts to contextualize the current Black Lives Matter movement—activism that arose from the recent deaths of black men like Michael Brown and Eric Garner—in an ongoing struggle for equal rights. The current Seattle Times leads with news about the Seahawks.
