Legally binding Slog poll time! Who should replace Sally Clark on the Seattle City Council? City of Seattle

In its rush to replace Sally Clark, Seattle City Council members met in a closed-door session Friday to talk about the 43 applicants for the job. Then—outside of that secret meeting, according to Council President Tim Burgess—council members told Burgess who they supported.

Here's the eight finalists that shook out of that process, and who on the council voted for whom, according to Burgess:

Jan Drago (Supported by: Jean Godden, Bruce Harrell, Tom Rasmussen); Noel Frame (Supported by: Sally Bagshaw, Burgess, Godden, Nick Licata, Rasmussen, Mike O’Brien); Sharon Lee (Supported by: Harrell, Rasmussen, Kshama Sawant); Sharon Maeda (Supported by: Harrell, O’Brien, Licata, Sawant); David Moseley (Supported by: Bagshaw, Burgess, Godden, Rasmussen); John Okamoto (Supported by: Bagshaw, Burgess, Godden, Harrell, Licata, O’Brien, Rasmussen); Sheley Secrest (Supported by: Harrell, O’Brien, Sawant); Alec Stephens (Supported by: Burgess, Harrell, O’Brien).

But who cares what the people you've elected to the city council think! Who do you think should finish out Clark's term, which ends in December? (Read more about the eight finalists and their full applications right here.)
