Rob Roy (and generally great) bartender Andrew Bohrer doesn’t want you to be embarrassed to order sticky-sweet holiday-time adult beverages—do they not bring joy? So all month at the swanky (and generally great) Belltown cocktail lounge, they’ve been making a different one every day, like the Godson (Scotch, amaretto, heavy cream—“Like ordering a White Russian, but instead of quoting The Big Lebowski, the [typical] bartender will laugh at you,” Bohrer notes).
