The Innkeepers menu says Grilled Mexican Cheese, but its not a sandwich. This is cheese, grilledslices of firm queso fresco, toasty-browned and lined up in a shallow dish of spicy, smoky green chili salsa. The limey-tartness of tomatillo counters the saltiness of the cheese; all thats needed is the Innkeepers also-awesome tortilla chips, made crispy-hot to order, $2 for a basketful. The people are nice, the place is low-key (especially for Belltown), the drinks are cold, and the snack is perfect.
