During happy hour, Saint John’s, a new bar and restaurant that occupies the space vacated by the much-missed Rosebud, offers six types of sliders, selling two on a plate for $6. The best of these sliders has pork belly as its meat. How I love this packed and fatty treat, which is served with slices of pickled vegetables. The pork belly slider is something you don’t recall chewing but letting simply and softly dissolve in your mouth. I recommend ordering it with a sangria, which, during happy hour, costs only $3.
