I call Paseo’s signature item the crackwich. It’s made up of juicy pork shoulder dipped in a tangy-sweet house marinade and cooked to the edge of melt-in-your-mouth discorporation. Then it’s topped with lettuce, caramelized onions, and cilantro and slapped on a crunchy-chewy Macrina roll. After years of research, I am confident in saying that this is the best sandwich in Seattle. The only thing that will cure your craving after eating one of these sandwiches is another sandwich just like it. And then you’ll be a filthy addict, just like me.
