You know from the Last Days column in this here hobo-wrapper that David Schmader is funny as shit, but did you know he's a flaming theater fag, too? Straight is Schmader's incredible one-man show, a hilarious mélange of his real-life experiences at a Christian de-homosexualizing camp and assorted other topics including, perhaps most importantly, Björk. While tossing out one-liners and outrageous anecdotes about what humans will do to themselves in order to avoid the truth, Schmader manages to walk the very fine line between mocking the clueless Christians and finding their humanity.
