You don't like cancer, do you? Of course you don't. And, unless you're Jerri Blank, you probably don't reply to "cancer" with "that's hilarious." But tonight will be hilarious, thanks to the combined comedic charms of Todd Barry, Eugene Mirman, Tim Heidecker, Neil Hamburger, and others. It will also be musical, thanks to solo appearances by James Mercer—of the Shins and new Danger Mouse collaboration Broken Bells—and Isaac Brock of Modest Mouse, who hasn't gone solo much since his old Ugly Casanova days.
