Festival cofounder and current New Yorker Hari Kondabolu returns to the city that made him (sorta) famous. Join him along with several kick-ass local comedians as they perform the first show at the People's Republic Kafe. This venue will be hosting regular comedy shows on Friday nights, so get ready to unwind/start a revolution, comrade! (People's Republic Kafe, 1718 12th Ave. 8 pm, $7, 21+.
